Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LatAm Intersect Comunicação Empresarial Ltda. ("LatAm Intersect PR", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information submitted through meet.latamintersectpr.com (the "Site"). It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA).
1. Information we collect
When you submit the strategy-call form or the email-capture modal, we collect:
- Identification data: full name, job title, company name.
- Contact data: work email address, country.
- Commercial context: markets of interest and any free-text context you provide.
- Attribution data: UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, term), referring URL and landing page path — captured automatically to understand which campaign brought you to us.
- Technical data: IP address and user-agent, transiently logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) and email provider (Resend) for security and deliverability.
We do not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this Site. We do not build profiles of visitors who do not submit a form.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your request and arrange a strategy call.
- To evaluate the relevance of paid media campaigns (aggregated UTM analysis).
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a marketing list.
3. Legal basis
- GDPR: Article 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual measures at your request; and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in following up on B2B enquiries.
- LGPD: Art. 7º, V — execução de procedimentos preliminares relacionados a contrato; and Art. 7º, IX — legitimate interest (B2B context).
- CCPA / CPRA: a business-purpose transaction initiated by you. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
4. Sub-processors
We use the following providers, each bound by a Data Processing Addendum where applicable:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and serverless functions (US, with EU edge nodes).
- Resend (FlowFx Inc.) — transactional email delivery to our team (US).
- Google LLC (Fonts) — webfont delivery via fonts.googleapis.com.
5. Retention
Lead-submission emails are kept in the relevant inboxes of our commercial team for as long as the enquiry is active and, after that, for up to 24 months for audit and follow-up purposes. After this period, records are deleted or anonymised. Hosting and email-provider logs are kept according to their own retention policies (typically 30–90 days).
6. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") of your data.
- Restrict or object to processing, including direct contact.
- Request portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- (California residents) Opt out of "sale" / "sharing" — note that we do not engage in either.
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. ANPD in Brazil, your local DPA in the EU/UK, the California Privacy Protection Agency).
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@latamintersectpr.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located outside the EU/UK and Brazil. Where we transfer data internationally we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent transfer mechanisms recognised by the European Commission, the UK ICO and the ANPD.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data: encrypted transport (HTTPS), API-key segregation, principle of least privilege for staff access, and regular review of sub-processors. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected.
9. Children
The Site is a B2B service intended for professional use. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
